Commercial accounts requiring a high level of service are a large part of our winter snow plowing maintenance contracts. Condominium complexes and industrial sites make up the remainder of our snowplowing and ice control contracts. We know the specific needs these sites have in the winter months, and we work with property managers and associations to meet the snow plowing needs of each individual site. We do not plow residential driveways. Our acquisition of more equipment each year, allows us to service more properties in the winter months. All of our vehicles are equipped with Nextel 2 way radios and cell phones. This year we have expanded our fleet of vehicles and equipment dedicated to snow plowing in the winter months. We have begun to phase in new modern snow removal equipment, such as Western V plows, V box salt spreaders, and we have tried Pro Tech Sno Pushers. We have expanded our fleet of trucks to include larger vehicles, such as our new Fords and our new Kenworth. We have tried new de-icers such as Ice Ban. We are always seeking ways to make our job safer, easier, and more valuable for our customer, while still meeting their needs. We provide superior service with attention to detail. We monitor all our contracted sites 24 hours a day before, during, and after snow and ice events to ensure they are kept safe. We fully understand your tenants, customers and employees need to be able to travel your property safely, and that is our goal. We employ the latest techniques and use the most up to date tools to maintain your property. Because we are dedicated to our business, and take it very seriously, we joined the Snow & Ice Management Association (SIMA). SIMA has helped us become better at what we do. They have kept us up to date on the latest products to help make our jobs easier, and produce better results for our customers. SIMA offers us many tools to help educate ourselves about our profession, and we are proud to be members. We feel this additional education will better enable us to meet our customers needs, at the same time allows us to keep our "cut above the rest" motto, or in this case, a "plow above the rest".
