Latest News » The Fredco Group has just begun the construction of a new maintenance facility for the Upper Montclair Country Club in Clifton, NJ. The building is a 12,000 square foot state of the art facility on 2 floors. The projected completion date is fall of 2008. Fredco Golf has constructed several strategic fairway burms on the course with the fill dirt being removed from the building site. RECENTLY COMPLETED Fredco Golf has currently completed a 40 bunker renovation at The Knoll Country Club West in Parsippany, NJ for the 2008 golf season. The Fredco Group has completed building an 8,000 sq. ft store for The Wine Country in the Wal-Mart shopping center in Franklin, NJ. The site work included an 18 foot high poured concrete wall which serves as a retaining wall and also the back wall of the building. The projected completed on time in March of 2008 and is the newest store for the Wine Country chain. Fredco Landscaping has just completed a storm water management project for the Township of Tewksbury, NJ. The project was started in August of 2007 and completed in March of 2008. The project included installing over 1500 feet of concrete pipe and catch basins along the streets to catch runoff water. More news >>
